Welcome to my website! I’m a Leverhulme Early Career Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews. From October 2026, I will join the University of Bristol and Kyoto University as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow.
I study how social environments shape executive function and cognition. Using developmental, cross-cultural, and comparative approaches, my research investigates how the presence of others influences cognitive control in children and chimpanzees. I combine experimental, observational, and qualitative methods.
